We ask that parents keep their children off of all equipment when they are not in a class.
Discipline
If your child is acting inappropriately, we may ask them to sit out or for you to sit in the room.
Closings
Our website posts closings due to weather. School closings usually indicate the gym’s closing.
Late fees
There is a $10 late fee when a class is not paid for.
Payment
Gymnastics only members are not automatically given an invoice. Please pay when you drop your child off for their class or pay the monthly rate at the beginning of the month.
Monthly rates are associated with the amount of weeks in the month.
Class levels
The owner of the gym is only one who may let a member into a class that is not at the regulations skill level. The owner is the only one who can determine which level class is appropriate for you child.
No spectators in the gym area
We ask that, unless it is your child’s first class or your child is under age 4, there are NO spectators in the gym area. It can make instructors and students uncomfortable. One of our gym goals is to teach independence.
Non payment
If you are a month behind in payments to the gym, your child will not be allowed to participate.
Being on time
Each class has a schedule. Please try to be on time to not interrupt the schedule.
Clothing
Please have your child dressed in comfortable, age appropriate, and climate appropriate clothing for class.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please email the owner or fill out a suggestion card. We will do our best to solve the issue.
T shirts and other clothing purchases
Anything with the LCX logo must be purchased through LCX. Please fill out an order form if you would like to purchase an item.
Gym cleanliness
Please instruct your child to place their shoes in the shoe basket and their coats/other belongings in the appropriate area.
Gym weather closings
If the North Lawrence school system closes the schools, we close the gym.

Team Agreement 2009-2010
We expect that by signing this agreement you agree to help our effort in explaining the importance of commitment and responsibility to our teams to your child.
Rules - Breaking any of these rules may result in being asked to not be a member of the team from then on. Quitting the team or being removed from the team will result in losing all down payments, fundraiser money, competition fees paid, uniform and all money owed to the gym will still be owed. We ask that any members who must quit, please do so at least four weeks before the next competition.
Safety
We ask that parents keep their children off of all equipment when they are not in a class.
Team members are to be tobacco free, drug free, and refrain from using profanity and fighting.
Team members can not talk on cell phones during practices/performances. During practice ALL cell phones belong in the cell phone basket.
All piercings must be able to be removed for our next competition.

One warning for talking will be given and then push ups will be given as punishment. No stunting may be done with out a coach present.

Late fees/other fees
There is a $10 late fee when a class is not paid for. If a member quits the team less than four weeks before a competition you agree to pay a $50 fee. All other rules apply to quitting or being removed from the team.
Payment/non payment
Each team has a monthly membership fee, uniform fees, and competition fees. The fees that are due for the month must be paid by the first practice of the month/monthly parent meeting.

Absence/Being on time
Each class has a schedule. Please try to be on time to not interrupt the schedule. All members must be on time for practice. Being late will result in push ups at the end of practice.
Missing practices- 48 hours notice is needed to miss practices, obviously there are exceptions (funerals, vomiting, etc). Missing 2 practices will result in a half hour conditioning practice. This will be held for a half hour after a practice. When at all possible, sick or hurt members still need to attend practice to see what is done at practice. Missing more than one practice in between competitions may result in being removed from the team.
Clothing
Please have your child dressed in comfortable, age and climate appropriate clothing for class including cheer shoes and their hair worn up. Anything with the LCX logo must be purchased through LCX. We ask that all member own at least one LCX t shirt.
Commitment
All members and their parents/guardians agree that they will be committed to our team in performing and participating in all LCX activities in the 2009-2010 season. This includes attending practices on time and paying the fees for the membership and competitions by the due dates, (including a $10 late fee for all fees).
